For sale is my 1982 Porsche 928S with 129K KM or 80K miles on the clock.
This was my winter 24 summer 25 project fun car now I have had my fun with it and need to move it on to a new owner so I can focus on my winter 25 project car.
This car is an import from South Africa, the car was sold new to South Africa in 1982 and was used by its first owner up until the 1990s as documented in the maintenance record then it seems to have gone into storage, the car was then recommissioned in around late 2018 early 2019 by RS Autosport. I purchased the car from a dealer in Johannesburg in late 2024 and imported it. I carried out some basic servicing and have enjoyed the car over the summer.
The car is in its original light blue metallic (hellblau), the paint for a 43 year old car is in good condition, it does have some marks on the paint as to be expected and a few of the marks are definitely storage related as they seem to have been made by people brushing up against the car.
The interior is also in good overall condition and the dark blue leather interior has held up surprisingly well and is still soft, there is evidence of prior repair to the drivers seat leather. The luggage compartment cover has faded in the South African sun.

the plastic scuttle panel cover which always breaks
the intense washer button and wiper potentiometer.
Early 928S cars are getting rare and this is a great tourer and a cost effective way into Porsche ownership.
