A very regretful sale of my BMW e30 316 manual 1989. Selling this project car to fund my new business venture.
So, where to start? I looked at many so-called easy projects which were basket cases, before finding this one. Very good shell with minimum welding needed. The car had been dry stored for years. Starts on the button, drives, stops, electrics work. Sunroof model.
Welding required - Left and right still need 1 to 2 patches. Drivers floor need a mall patch . Rear valance would need replacing, front can be saved. A small patch at the base of the scuttle. Passenger front door needs the bottom plating. Both bottoms of the front wings need replacing, but I do have a near mint near side wing included in the sale.
The interior, apart from the drivers’ seat is in very good condition and cleans up well.
As you can see from the pictures, the cars paint polishes up well. You would need to trailer it away as there is no MOT. This is a project car, but not the usual rust buckets out there ! Millage reads 164K.
