Finished in Diamond Black and sat upon a set of 17inch Alpina style alloy wheels in silver
Under the bonnet, we find the 1. 6 litre fuel injected M40B16 four-cylinder petrol engine developing a peppy 100Bhp and 145NM of torque driving the rear wheels via five-speed manual transmission. The car cracks at a decent lick, feeling light and agile, and not at all under powered.
Inside, we find a grey cloth trim in good order with electric front windows, electric sunroof, anaolgue clock and modern retro-fit radio/ CD player - simple, no frills and very comfortable.
The car presents well and comes from 4 year ownership having been subject to some restorative works by a previous owner (although undocumented). The mileage shows as 174, 361 with only c. 5, 000 miles being covered over the last 6 years - although the car has been taxed and enjoyed over the past few months again by our vendor.
The history file includes the V5C, Owner's manual, current MOT valid until June 2026 and selection of bills for parts purchased and works undertaken.
Recent expenditure includes a new Dayco timing belt kit in October 2025 along with a new thermostat, water pump with gasket and check over. In addition, earlier this year the car was treated to a new catalytic converter, exhaust section and hand brake cable for the MOT and pair of wishbone bushes in December 2023. It's also benefitted from a replacement wiper motor and relay recently too.
A lovely, and very late example of the much loved BMW E30 in good order that's ready to be used and enjoyed or tucked away as an investment given their scarcity.
