Ownership
Car was purchased in the UK and was exported with the first owner in 2007, returning to the UK in 2014 (initial registration retained). Featured in the February 2010 edition of the Alfa Romeo Owners club magazine. The car was sold in February 2022 to the current second owner. Both owners of the car have been members of the Alfa Romeo owners club for the car’s entire life, regularly attending events across the country.
The car is in outstanding condition inside and out, with a perfect interior in as new condition and excellent paint work. During my ownership, I have looked to renew the car and protect it for another 20 years, ensuring any hotspots for corrosion or wear have been dealt with. The car is of a concours standard and would take little effort to achieve this (I have previously attained awards from the AROC club). The underside and rear 3/ 4 panels of the car have no rust and have been protected with Bilt Hamber products (photos available on request of the work performed).

All receipts present for the above including further bills for tyres etc. Service books are stamped and up to date. There are two A4 folders of receipts with the car. Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres fitted for the whole life of the car, with the current set having plenty of life left.
The car needs no work to keep it going, with the next service due next April and the next cambelt due in 2030.

March 2022
Bonnet resprayed due to stone chips.
Mid 2022
Drivers side seat foam bolsters replaced, interior stripped, cleaned, leather treated and refitted. All exhaust hangers powder coated and new rubber hangers fitted. New rear discs and pads fitted. New OS wiper arm fitted. New OEM boot and bonnet struts fitted. Stainless steel radiator support. Clutch slave cylinder replaced. Mass airflow meter and radiator thermostat replaced. Oil cooler replaced due to leak. Braided brake hoses fitted, suspension parts and bushes, track control arms, engine seals and pads replaced where perished, Koni Strt rear shock absorbers fitted.
Late 2022. Rear subframe and coil springs powder coated and all rear suspension arms purchased. Suspension fully overhauled and underside of the car cleaned and retreated. Four wheel alignment performed. Stainless steel bolt kits applied for non-structural components in engine bay, new front badge. Alfaholics centre and rear stainless steel exhaust fitted.
April 2023 – array of OEM service items purchased including brake discs and pads, oil and air filters, cam cover gaskets, anti-roll bars, front wishbones due to stocks of parts becoming obsolete. These are not part of the sale, but the new owner may have the option of purchasing them.
Feb 2025 - Koni Sport shock absorbers and standard springs fitted to front with new top mounts and bump stops.
March 2025 – Alfaholics stainless steel front exhaust pipes fitted. Having owned GTVs for over 20 years now, I finally realised a dream of owning this 3. 2 V6 in 2022. It is the ultimate and final version of the V6 Busso as the Phase 3 model introduced in 2003 and has some subtle differences over the phase 1 & 2 3. 0 V6 variants, which include an extra 20bhp power, a lighter single plate clutch, lower front seats and an updated interior and exterior design. The car is easy to drive, quick and is compliant with UK city congestion zones.
This car is dominated by its engine, and in this particular model it is the 3. 2 litre variant of the V6 Busso engine, which is the last of its type. It has a smooth linear power delivery from its 6 speed gearbox, and able to rev all the way to a maximum of 7000rpm. It accelerates to 62mph in just over 6 seconds and has a top speed of 158mph, making this the quickest of the 916 GTV family. The ride is comfortable but firm, and is able to fit in two small children into the back seats (adults at a push!). It has had all of the suspension replaced, and the setup is an OEM setup with standard springs, Koni Sport front dampers and Koni Street rears. Visibility is good all round for a coupe, although people above 6'2" may struggle to see out! Brakes are courtesy of the excellent Brembo 4 pot brakes fitted and work well. And to top it all off, it has 3/ 4 of a full Alfaholics stainless steel system (front pipes, centre and back box), so it sounds a touch louder than the OEM setup with no motorway drone.
