I bought the car in September 1994 and at that point it had 31, 900 miles on the clock with one or two previous owners. I have used the car sparingly, driving 26, 000 miles over the past 31 years. The bodywork was removed and completely restored by Classics by JSWL in 2017 and I have invoices totalling £27, 500. The hard top was also resprayed to match. In the past 12 months I have spent £1, 900 on new carpets and restoration of the interior and have also fitted a set of new tyres. Mechanically, the car runs very well and maintenance jobs have been done regularly. The only issue that I am aware of is that the air conditioning system was disconnected many years ago so does not work.
The car is now on the historic register, not needing Car Tax or MoT. This car was bought as a mid-life crisis present to myself and I have loved it for the past 30 years. It came with me when I moved to Guernsey where it spent 12 years and returned with me to the UK two years ago. However, it now needs to find its next owner who will love it for the next 30 years.
