For sale is this fully restored Land Rover Series 2a 88. This car since ownership has undertaken a £35k full restoration with no expense spared. This includes a full respray and engine build, and every nut and bolt also changed.
The full build is documented in the booklet with the car, including the 2286cc engine rebuild of the 3 main bearing crankshaft. It is not the original engine, but is a genuine Land Rover factory rebuilt unit. The booklet shows a brass factory plaque on the engine block.
No expense has been spared on this car, and it is a perfect example for any true enthusiast. The full restoration and engine build on this car is something special, and with £35k spent the next owner is getting a perfect example. The full respray is done in the classic green, and is the best colour in my opinion.
