Dink and dent freeTo celebrate the around the world Volvo Ocean Race sailing race, Volvo introduced 'Volvo Ocean Race editions' of the XC90, XC70 and V70 for the 2006 model year.
The Volvo Ocean Race edition models were be the official cars of the race at each of the race's nine stopover ports around the world.
Exterior and Interior design:
A unique Ocean Blue pearlescent paint immediately differentiates the Volvo Ocean Race edition models. Their appearance is also enhanced with 'Electric Silver' coloured side door mouldings, brushed aluminium roof rails, and special Volvo Ocean Race badges, key ring and tread plates on the door sills. Compared to the equivalent standard 'SE' models.
Naturally, the interiors are also distinctive, with unique 'Ocean Blue' aluminium inlays.
This car has been imported from Japan and has been converted entirely to UK spec, converted to MPH and miles on the odometer. All menus have been converted to English and the radio to UK frequencies with added wireless Android auto/ Apple carplay.
The car has been fully serviced, MOTd and UK registered and is ready to go for it's new owner. With a large amount of history from Japan, this car has been looked after to a high standard throughout its life.
This is a lovely example of a V70 with the super reliable 2. 4 5 cylinder petrol engine which has done barely any miles. This car is ready to give it's new keeper many happy and reliable miles.
