1971 Datsun 510 Bluebird Wagon – Ultra-Rare UK JDM Classic
A very rare opportunity to own one of the only surviving UK-supplied Datsun 510 Bluebird Wagons. As far as I know, this is the only one currently on the road in the UK, and possibly the only one left here at all.
I’ve owned this car for the past nine years. It was dry-garaged since the 1980s before I recommissioned it. During my ownership it’s had a full respray in its original colour, the engine has been rebuilt, and it’s been upgraded with electronic ignition for reliability.
It’s totally original apart from the wheels and I’ve converted the original Datsun radio to Bluetooth , runs and drives superbly, and easily keeps up with modern traffic. Very solid throughout with tidy paintwork, a clean interior, and it’s as clean underneath as it is on top.

It’s a genuine UK-supplied car, not an import, which makes it even more special. What makes it stand out is how original and solid it is after all these years, and the fact it’s as clean underneath as it is on top. My favourite thing about it is how well it drives for its age – it’s smooth, reliable, and keeps up with modern traffic with ease. It always gets attention wherever it goes because most people have never seen one before.
