Prepared to HSCC 70s Roadsports Regulations with MSA papers
585 kg, standard size brakes, full windscreen and standard bodywork etc, raced most recently in 2023 and 2024 and professionally maintained
Dyno’d at a reliable 158 BHP, strong reliable engine with good oil pressure and compression , professionally built, twin 40 Webers, dry sump system, catch tank, high lift cams, double throttle cable linkage etc.
4 speed gearbox with steel internals, new complete competition clutch fitted start of 2024
Open rear differential with 4. 1 ratio, rebuilt with new bearing and polished competition spec CWP spring 2024
4 x 13 inch Revolutions with Yokohama AO52 tyres & spare wheel and tyre
Plumbed in fire extinguisher system fitted start 2023
Dry cell battery with connections for back up starter battery if needed
The car was fully rebuilt a few years ago with new wiring and paint etc, chassis straight with no damage, roll cage replaced recently so meets current regulations etc, fitted with 6 point harness
Competition alloy fuel tank with electric pump and regulator
A well known car that has been an HSCC race car for some years so well sorted and a straightforward setup with Ford Escort rear axle and brakes, Triumph GT6, Spitfire front uprights and brakes
Spares include a further 4 wheels with Yokohama AO 48s, front uprights, 4 race shock absorbers and springs, ignition electrics, hoses, throttle cables, clutch plates, etc. so more than sufficient race meeting spares
Ideal for circuit racing, sprints, hill climbs, track days etc.
