For sale is my 1925 Ford Model T. - Please note this comes with a BRAND NEW hood in its box ready to fit! Worth almost £1, 000!
Have been all over the place with this car and it drives extremely well! Been on car rallies, camping, road trips etc.
- The 2. 9ltr 4 Cyl pulls strong and I have had the car at a GPS 57mph!
- Excellent tyres and wheels all round that have less than 1000 miles on them.
- Split-Rims quick demount (the safe type).
- Kevlar transmission bands fitted.
- Complete car and not missing anything.
- Reconditioned all 4 magnetos.
- Comes with a brand new convertible hood! This will come with the car (worth a fortune on its own!)
- Converted to 12v with a 12v dynamo.
- Lots of new suspension parts fitted (new bushes, links etc).
- Gearbox filter and magnet fitted.
- UK registered with the V5 in my name.
- Excellent foot brakes and working handbrake.
- I would guess that before my ownership the engine was fully rebuilt! The Babbit bearings look fantastic and the pistons etc look brand new.
- Comes with a box of spares.
- Bit of white glue on the rear seat that needs cleaning (can pick it off).
- Needs the new roof fitting/ finishing (comes with it inc instructions etc).
- Been sat for over a year - it started up incredibly on the button! But could probably do with a weekend of tinkering.
All in all this is a very usable car that will give the new owner miles of smiles but will need a weekend of tinkering.
Doesn't Charge at the moment - not sure why.
Does not come with the running board luggage rack.
Just too many project cars means I don't get to enjoy this enough so moving it on so someone else can have as much fun as I have had.
