Powered by the legendary 3. 6-litre Mezger twin-turbo flat-six, this highly regarded modern-era 911 combines supercar performance with everyday refinement and remains one of the most mechanically robust Turbo models ever produced. The 996 Turbo occupies a unique and increasingly respected position in Porsche’s history. As the first water-cooled 911 Turbo and the final Turbo to utilise the true motorsport-derived Mezger engine, it offers exceptional reliability, immense performance, and strong long-term collectability. This particular example was supplied new by JCT Brooklands Porsche Centre, completed production in May 2002, and has covered a modest 68, 341 miles from new, clearly reflecting careful, enthusiast-led ownership throughout its life.

Recent documented expenditure has been extensive and includes replacement turbochargers, new radiators, a renewed braking system, brand-new tyres, and a major service carried out in 2025. The car presents with no warning lights and drives exactly as a properly sorted 996 Turbo should. Externally, the Arctic Silver Metallic paintwork retains excellent depth and gloss, with the car displaying original body panels and presenting as a straight, honest example. Rarely specified when new and exceptionally well preserved, it gives the cabin a lighter, more refined grand-touring character compared to the more common black interiors. The interior features heated leather sport seats, Porsche crest-embossed headrests, Guards Red seat belts with deviated red stitching, aluminium dials, aluminium Tiptronic selector and handbrake, stainless steel illuminated door entry guards, painted sport seat backs, a three-spoke leather sport steering wheel, electric sunroof, and a top-tinted windscreen. Door trims, bolsters, and leather surfaces remain in excellent condition throughout, and the car has been smoke-free and pet-free. The car was factory specified with Porsche Communication Management (PCM) and the Bose sound system, both highly desirable options. A Kenwood Apple CarPlay head unit is currently fitted for modern usability; however, for collectors, the original Porsche PCM head unit and handset are included, allowing an easy return to full factory specification. The car is supplied with three original keys, original handbooks, supporting documentation, and the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, completing a notably well-presented package. Mechanically, the Mezger engine is renowned for its strength and durability, free from IMS concerns, and this example performs exactly as intended, delivering relentless performance with the refinement expected of Porsche’s flagship Turbo model. The Tiptronic S transmission suits the Turbo’s GT character perfectly, offering effortless progress in everyday driving while still providing rapid performance when required.
