The first generation Virage would be the last hand built Aston Martin when it replaced the evergreen William Towns/ Tadek Merak DBS V8/ V8 in 1988. Clothed in a hand formed aluminium body and powered by an upgraded version of the Tadek Marek 5. 3 V8, which was now equipped with multivalve heads from Callaway. This stunning. 1990 example benefited from significant works by Aston Martin specialists Pugsey & Lewis in 2022. The total invoices exceeding £36, 000. The current owner has replaced plugs, leads, fuel pump and filter, had car machined polished and replaced bonnet pull lever. As is usual with the early Virage the VIC is intermittent. A truly stunning example offered complete advisory free MoT to Oct 2026, AM logo car cover and full book pack. The paintwork on the car is absolutely stunning with glass like finish and is always commented on by admirers. The stunning interior is in excellent order, including the Alcantara headlining. Leather work is in superb condition throughout and the car is equipped with the automatic diagonal seat belt system, which is in full working order. All switches and gauges are in correct working order. Only being offered for sale due to ill health. Would consider a PX with 2010/ 2012 Rapide. Originally supplied new in Alabama USA in 1990 but eventually bought by a private collector in the Netherlands. Sold in Paris in 2022 after being in a static display in Dutch Museum for many years.
