Land Rover Defender 110 County Station Wagon – 300Tdi Diesel
Long MOT | Extensive Recent Work | Well Looked After
Reluctantly for sale is my Land Rover Defender 110 County Station Wagon, fitted with a 300Tdi diesel engine. It has a long MOT until December 2025 and has been maintained with longevity in mind rather than quick fixes.
A significant amount of money and care has gone into this vehicle, including, but not limited to:
– New radiator
– New water pump
– Reconditioned diesel pump
– New fuel lift pump
– New aux belt
– New set of engine gaskets
– Reconditioned steering box
– New steering linkage and damper
– New front brake calipers, discs and pads
– Full new exhaust system
– Replacement front CV joint bearings (both sides)
– New front crossmember and dumb irons
– Bulkhead driver’s footwell replacement
– New rear quarter chassis section
– Three new outriggers
– New central crossmember
– Reinforcing and future-proof welding to left chassis rail
– Replacement sections to brake lines
– New indicator stalk and hazard switch
Additional details
– Service items renewed roughly every 5, 000 miles
– Original six-seat tweed County upholstery
– 5 large Insa Turbo tyres on steel wheels
– Interior floors sound-proofed and refitted
– Clean headliner
– Tasteful wooden dash fitted
– No radio fitted — wiring and speakers are present (I preferred using a Bluetooth speaker)
The vehicle drives exceptionally well (we've done many long camping trips in it) and has been well-loved and maintained.
Happy to answer sensible questions and show genuine buyers around the vehicle. Our family of four have had many adventures – near and far – in this Defender, and although Defenders will always need some work, it has never let us down. We'll be very sad to see it go but new projects are on the horizon.
