Beschreibung
Jaguar XK150 fixed head coupe 3. 4 litre manual overdrive, lovely condition throughout having been maintained to a good standard throughout it's life. Hand built in 1956 by Jaguar the prototype was used as a development vehicle and then passed on to Ivor Bueb who had recently won the Le Mans 24 hours with Mike Hawthorne in a works D Type. This saved the car from Jaguar's policy of scrapping all prototypes.
Prior to my ownership of some 10 years the car received a light restoration by specialists (all invoices in file). A complete engine overhaul was carried out shortly after I purchased the car. Fully balanced with Mahle 9 to 1 pistons, good detailing including correct duck egg blue cylinder head!
