Very nice Kawasaki Zephyr 1100 - Now Sold
Registered on 15th May 1992 this Zephyr 1100 has covered 23, 500 miles.
Wonderful example of this 90’s era muscle bike providing around 92bhp at 8, 000 rpm. The bike was stripped and restored by the previous owner except for the low milage engine which is pretty bulletproof on these bikes. Valve clearances have been shimmed. New card rubbers, new clutch basket, springs, and friction plates. Carbs stripped, cleaned, and balanced. Oil, oil filter and air filter replaced.
The bodywork has been professionally sprayed, and the paint work is unmarked. Many other parts powder coated except the wheels which have been we painted and polished. Casing polished. New headstock bearings, wheel bearings, and swingarm bearings.
New chain and sprockets, new front and rear discs. Original shocks have been stripped with new seals and fluid added. Front forks have new seals and fluid. All brakes re-sealed. New battery fitted.
The bike really does look stunning with its retro looks and deep shine paintwork, a lot of time and money has been lavished on it demonstrated with the many receipts that come with the bike. Pretty rare now to find a nice one.
