Description
This car is absolutely beautiful, it’s finished in a metallic red with contrasting white roof and Union Jack flag. Car has been sympathetically restored and is in fabulous condition. It’s a very useable classic. It’s a John Cooper model number 216. I have absolutely stacks of paperwork with it. It’s has featured in a magazine which I have a copy of in its history folder.
Starts and drives really well. Everything works as it should. I have a full car cover that will accompany it. Boot has been lined with wood and carpeted in black carpet. The car does have the original interior carpet in red but it does have a cutout where the original fuse box was located in the drivers foot well. Interior is in nice condition, it has a plastic wood effect dashboard. The seats are all in good condition, drivers seat has a very minor bit of pulling on the middle of the seat where it’s threaded across. Door cards are in good condition and refitted with Aluminium door fittings.
One of the previous mots showed a coolant leak but that’s been rectified. Tyres are all in good condition and it has a spare alloy wheel.
The engine has been completely overhauled and now has an Aluminium radiator.
