Good condition Heritage Softail Springer FLSTSl 1450. This is the fuel injected version. A few paint chips and some rust spots on the chrome wheels, gearbox cover and frame but overall pretty good. Extras include Genuine H-D windshield plus bag and two QD Genuine H-D racks/ sissy bar as well as the OEM leather panniers. Thousands recently spent on proper H-D Screamin’ Eagle upgraded cam chain tensioners; a modification that is vital on all the 1450 Twin Cam models. If this isn’t done the engine can be badly damaged when the OEM tensioners disintegrate. By all means Google the well-documented problem. This one is now fully future-proofed and can be enjoyed without concerns about its durability. This is a two-owner bike, a personal import to UK from the US, the first American owner cherished it over twenty years. Used sparingly and serviced annually but with little actual documented service history. I carried out the last annual service for the previous owner in 2024. Recent work by a very well-respected marque expert includes Screamin’ Eagle hydraulic cam chain tensioners and new camshaft plate with upgraded high pressure oil pump and bearings and S&S Speedy Adjustable Push Rods fitted. The crank run-out was measured at the time and was well within tolerance so this is a great engine with much reliable service left in it. A full annual service was also carried out. This included all engine fluids and the brake fluids being changed and drive belt correctly tensioned, so it is ready to tour now.
