2006 Honda CR-V 2. 0 i-VTEC Executive Auto – Extensively Refreshed / Rust Protected / Low Mileage

Reluctant sale of an extensively refreshed and mechanically sorted CR-V Executive Auto. This is not a typical tired or neglected example — the vehicle has undergone substantial preventative maintenance and restoration work over the last year with the intention of keeping it long-term.
I am an enthusiast and much of the work carried out has been preventative rather than reactive. Many components were replaced before failure in order to preserve the driving experience and long-term condition of the vehicle, rather than simply repairing faults as they appeared. The goal throughout ownership has been to keep the vehicle reliable and refined.
The car drives exceptionally well for its age and mileage with tight suspension, smooth drivetrain behaviour, refined ride quality and no common CR-V clunks, drivetrain vibration or steering looseness.

The vehicle has been maintained regardless of cost with a detailed handwritten maintenance log documenting work completed and mileage intervals.
This is a genuinely hard-to-find example with:
- low mileage
- rust prevention already completed
- extensive suspension and drivetrain refresh work
- excellent interior condition
- strong enthusiast ownership history
Everything works as it should and the vehicle is extremely comfortable and refined to drive. The only remaining item currently being addressed is a light A/ C compressor clutch bearing noise, for which I already have the replacement clutch assembly.
Sale is purely due to a change in financial circumstances and the increasing cost of running it. This was intended to be a long-term keeper and significant time, effort and money has gone into bringing the vehicle to its current condition.
A genuinely difficult vehicle to replace in similar condition and specification. Most examples on the market now are significantly higher mileage, rusty underneath, mechanically tired or heavily neglected.
