Description
Opaline green metallic (showing signs of age on the boot lid) with original sandpiper velour interior (no burn holes and in good condition for age). Original LW/ MW radio which works. Original 10 inch wheels which have been painted not all that well (by me), and has original type hub caps. I have many receipts for the work I have done including rear cones replacement, all four shock absorbers, radiator, water pump, slave cylinder (which I had to replace as when I drove it home from buying it, it gave up and it wasn’t all that far from where I lived). I have converted to LED bulbs (rear, headlights, indicators but this is very easily put back should you wish). Original engine as numbers match the V5. I got the car as I had one when I passed my test and wanted to have a Mini to look after again. I found it in Poole about three years ago and I have taken it to the National Mini Cooper day at Beaulieu which did attract some attention with comments such as ‘I used to have one that colour’ and ‘you don’t see that colour very often’.
