Here is my April 2001 UK Supplied & Registered ZX12-R, A2 in Original Candy Lightening Blue with Graphics Decals. Having covered only 13, 101 miles, with a New MOT & Battery, owned for the last 23 Years by myself (1 previous). The last of the two year (2000/ 1) run of the Original A1 & A2 models, before it was really ‘Toned Down’ for the much tamer ‘B’ models run.
Luckily she has had the luxury of being a ‘Sunny Sunday’ bike, always pampered, always garaged, washed and dried after an outing with the chain regulary, greased. She was never taken out in the rain, never on Salted roads and was taken off the road for the winters.
She is all Original and not been ‘messed with’, apart from a smoked screen and the fitment of a hugger - However I do have the original screen- it’s a clear one both can easily be removed if required- both changes utilised existing fixings to be put back 100% Original
As displayed in some of the photographs the original colour coded removable rear seat cowl cover is included.
I do have all documentation of its life, maintenance, service, mot’s etc, including the Original Bill of Sale - my best mate bought it new - mechanically its also Original, bar service items
