I'm selling my 1992 Nissan Primera eGT that I have owned since September 2017. I used it as a daily driver until early 2021, when it was SORN'd. Unfortunately I have too many other projects on the go, so it's time to sell.
I bought this particular eGT from the second owner, who had owned it since the 1990s. I used it for a track day at Anglesey and a track day at Donington Park, where it performed flawlessly on both occasions. Under the bonnet you'll find Nissan's legendary SR20DE engine that is happy to rev.
The car has been modified with:
BC Racing coilovers
Front brake discs and calipers from an S14 Nissan 200SX
Paddle clutch
Stainless steel exhaust manifold
Stainless steel exhaust
JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) tail lights
16" BBS alloy wheels with Federal RS-R tyres (tyres will need replacing)
Aftermarket radio head unit
It previously had a bucket seat installed but the original driver's seat has now been refitted. A brand new pair of OEM front rubber brake hoses have recently been fitted as the originals both began leaking.
The car is most definitely a project as there are quite a few areas of rust as can be seen in the photos. It will require new rear sills and new rear pockets at a minimum. I would also recommend that the strut tops are also addressed; I would suggest that all of the above will need dealing with prior to an MOT. I have had the car on my workshop's ramp and can gladly provide a video detailing the underside of the car.
The car starts on the key, drives and stops, but I would suggest that the clutch and brakes both need attention as the car has spent most of its time standing for the last few years, only driven around the yard periodically.
The interior plastics are generally in good condition but a number of the door card fabrics will need addressing, along with the headling, as can be seen in the pictures.
The bodywork is mostly straight but the bumpers would benefit from a repaint, whereas everywhere else would benefit from a good polish! This is detailed in the numerous pictures.
The sunroof works perfectly in both modes.

The car is located in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, just a few minutes from the M6. The Primera eGT is something of a cult classic - particularly the P10 saloon model shown here. While the later P11 model found fame towards the end of the BTCC's Super Touring era, the P10s were a tad more inconspicuous in the early 1990s in the hands of Kieth O'Dor, Tiff Needell, Win Percy and others.
This is a car that, with some love and affection, would make a fantastic fast road or track day toy, while being an extremely rare and sought after model thanks to it being a saloon (non-hatchback) SR20DE-powered eGT model.
