Description
1967 Lambretta Li150.
Very good condition.
Restored a few years ago by Cambridge Lambretta. Paintwork is very good but does have a few small marks here and there as you would expect.
I wanted a scooter which was reliable, usable and had some luggage capacity as I intended to use it for some long runs.
For that reason I left the engine standard except for sensible mods such as BGM V4 Pro exhaust, BGM stator, BGM regulator/ rectifier, a Scootopia SH2/ 22 carb and a Scootopia free-flow air filter.
I prefer the look of an alloy front mudguard so fitted a Nannuci style mudguard. The original one is included in the sale along with a few other spares.
For storage space, I added a rear rack, a lockable compartment under the spare wheel and storage under the side panel for spare oil and a small petrol can.
I also fitted a new seat, new tyres, new brake shoes, replaced most of the cables and fitted front dampers and a screen. This scooter starts easily - usually first or second kick - and runs great. It has never let me down.
The BGM Pro V4 exhaust, larger carb and free flow air filter made a real difference. Those mods improved the acceleration, really improved the torque and gave a cruising speed of 50-55mph. The front dampers improved the handling.
It has been a real pleasure to ride.
I built it to relive my youth and enjoyed every minute but now it is time to pass it on.
