Description
Alfa Romeo Alfetta GT 1600 first series from 1976, colour metallic grey and blue fake-leather upholstery, with in the centre the classic Scottish check fabric that these seventies models wore. The car has been stationary for years, the engine turns over, but we haven’t tried starting it; the bodywork needs doing, especially the sills need replacing, while the floor pans are in good condition. There are also areas of corrosion in the engine bay, but it’s typical for all Alfetta models to have corrosion in these spots. As shown in the photo, the car is in need of restoration, but it is nearly complete and, above all, it is not dismantled; everything is in its place, which is no small thing as it makes the restoration easier for either a DIYer or a professional, though it’s always preferable to find a car that is assembled or with only a few components removed. The car carries plates and documents, formerly Pordenone; we have the necessary Chronological Extract to re-register it, especially for those who want to put it back on the road with the old plate number. The document is also valid for export, as it confirms it has been deregistered. The car can be viewed in Roncade, Treviso. Viewing by appointment is recommended, thank you.
