This car is ready to drive away today. There are very minor scuffs around the body which is common for a vehicle this age. There is no bubbling around the arches at all. The soft top roof comes off and on with ease. Everything inside the car works as it should. The car will be sold with a full service and is currently MOT’d till April 2027. All advisories have been taken care of. There is only one piece of service history in the form of a receipt back in 2022 where it shows an engine change (lower milage), as well as clutch, brakes, belts a service and an mot test. To my knowledge the car wants for nothing as I have been carful to make sure it has what it needs.
Starts first then every time. I bought the car as I’ve never had one. My sister had one a few years back but I never had the chance to drive it. I loved the way hers held the road so I went for it too. The instant confidence I found in this car is like no other car I’ve owned. It is solid and trustworthy. It corners like a go kart and stops just as well. The gears are smooth and pulls well. It is an absolute pleasure to drive long distance too. I once covered around 100 miles with the roof down and it was joyous. The heated seats come in handy too on colder days. The mirrors adjust quicker than any car I’ve owned too which makes parking easier.
My favourite thing about this car has to be the way the doors close. That might sound odd but the build quality for me is in the doors. Also the bonnet and boot react the same way. It’s no effort at all, the click of confirmation makes me smile every time.
There are also very handy compartment spaces around the vehicle. One behind both seats and a rear center bit of storage. Plenty of cup holders too.
This car isn’t like any other car I’ve owned. I don’t want to sell but I am unable to hold onto it with the lack of space I’ve got at my house. The new owner (whoever you may be) can be confident that when they drive away they will be smiling as I was the first time I drove this car
