Restoration
Between 2015 and 2024, the car underwent a comprehensive bare-metal, nut-and-bolt restoration. Every component was stripped, assessed and either restored or renewed to the highest standard. The result speaks for itself — and the supporting paperwork documents the work in full.
On the Road
This is not a trailer queen. The MGA drives beautifully and never misses a beat — starts on the button, pulls cleanly, and feels every bit as good as it looks. A car to be enjoyed as well as admired.
Exterior
The bodywork is straight and true, with deep, even paintwork and excellent panel fit. All brightwork — bumpers, grille surround, window trims, door handles and the rear chrome luggage rack — is in superb order. Steel wheels with chrome hubcaps complete the period-correct stance.
Interior
The red leather seats, door cards, dashboard and carpets all present beautifully. Original-style Smiths instruments, period radio, banjo steering wheel and floor-mounted gear lever are all in keeping with the car’s originality. The cabin is as inviting to sit in as it is to look at.
Engine Bay
Presented to the same exacting standard as the rest of the car. Correct finishes throughout, period-correct ancillaries, original MG Car Company identification plates in place, and a polished Landar cam cover as a finishing touch.
