Description
Here for sale is my Range Rover 3. 5 V8 Classic 2dr
Tax and Mot exempt
Many new parts
Start runs and drives. I’ve owner it for many years and Using it daily so mileage will increase.
Extremely solid car .
Car was originally sold to a doctor in the Middle East ( Oman ) very sentimental to me as I used to live there years ago and bought a very similar car from the same dealership. He then bought it back to the UK in 1984
I have the heritage certificate in my name and full V5. showing all the details. The car was originally ordered new in Tuscan Blue
and because of the intense heat in the Middle East the doctor sent it back to Land Rover to ask them to paint it white to reflect the sun. You can now start to see the Blue coming through. I’ve left it totally genuine so the next owner can do what they like. There’s an also an old fashioned air conditioner that was in the car when I purchased it along with the power steering pump.
I’m the 3rd owner
Will be sad to see it go.
Runs very well I’ve just come back from Devon covering nearly 200 miles with no issues at all. New fuel tank fitted last week.
Please call for more details and information as for to much to list.
Suffix C production spanned roughly from serial number 05xxx to 07xxx, which accounts for fewer than 2, 000 units.
Why is the Suffix C Number So Low?
* An Ultra-Short Window: Suffix C was only manufactured for 12 months. By comparison, the Suffix A run lasted for nearly three years (1970–1973).
* Global Industrial Crises: Production at the Solihull factory was severely hindered in late 1973 and early 1974 by the UK's "Three-Day Week" energy crisis and widespread British Leyland labor strikes, which drastically limited output.
Because of this small original production window—and a historically high structural rust rate—surviving, numbers-matching Suffix C vehicles are incredibly rare today.
