In 2021 the chassis was replaced with a galvanised one + brakes and suspension were rebuilt. Hardly driven since. Current MOT valid until April 2027. No vehicle tax or MOT from 2027 onward. Purchased privately in 2020 from family member who had owned it for 10+ years. Mechanically in good condition. Internally needs insulation on the roof. Rear door may need replacing - probably original. A proper early Defender, no bells or whistles just an honest reliable vehicle. Plenty of opportunity to make the vehicle your own while knowing it is mechanically sound. Being sold due to change in circumstances. Sad to see it go!
