In ausgezeichnetem Zustand, von mir im Jahr 2020 gekauft und vollständig wieder in Gang gebracht, wurde sich um verschiedene Kleinigkeiten gekümmert, Arbeiten erledigt:
-rear brake seal kit
-2x roller bearings swing arm
-front caliper slide pins
-new battery
-oil and filter change @52687 miles
-fuel tank sender unit
-fuel pump points
-replaced rectifier connector, cleaned all contacts
-carbs balanced with mercury gauges, absolutely spot on now
-valve clearances checked
-voltmeter fitted showing healthy charging system, a weak point on vfrs - see picture of volts at idle speed.
The bike runs beautifully and has a sweet engine, the only faults are the clock pixels and a rear tyre which needs pumping up now and again.
Tyres are good, stainless steel exhaust. Fairing plastics and paintwork are excellent. Selling only because I have too many projects and don’t use it enough, and will value the space created. May be I’m getting a bit old for larger bikes now!
