Description
Volvo 123 GT Rally from 1968. Bare shell rebuild in England 2009 for a cost of 60. 000 £ (invoices and pictures available). Ideal for long distance rallies and winter rallies (Le Jog, Wintertrial, Monte Carlo). Engine rebuild in 2021 to rally specs, SU carburators rebuild in 2026.
Points to improve: some repairs on the chassis, corrosion on the wheel arches, new solloid for the overdrive. Some battle scars.... We bought the car in Scotland from a gentleman who participated in several Le Jog's. We used it for winter rallies: Neige et Glace, Ardennes Rally....
Due to age we moved up to a Volvo 242 GT with assisted steering....
