The car is always garaged and has regrettably been little used over the past couple of years - which is why it is for sale. In comparison with the standard model the 111S features the more powerful VVC engine (143bhp), close ratio gearbox, 6-spoke wheels with wider 7. 5" rear rims, cross-drilled brake discs, composite engine lid, rear spoiler, rear wheel arch spats, headlamp covers, white front indicators, moulded air-intake grille, forged alloy window winders and weave patterned dash inserts. Less than 1, 500 were made.
In addition this car has been upgraded with: Hurricane induction system and improved throttle body, Larini stainless steel exhaust, Eliseparts high flow flexi sports cat, Eliseparts rear toe-link upgrade, Bilsteins shock absorbers and Eibach springs, multi-layer head gasket, radiator and fan replaced with upgraded components, Willans full harness safety belts and Eliseparts harness bar, stainless steel towing eye, Jet blade wiper and integrated hose, Lifeline 2. 5l fire extinguisher.
The car has also just had a full suspension refresh with Eliseparts suspension bushes and ball joints together with a professional alignment. The seats were also recently reupholstered in leather with matching sill pads. The car has also had a new alternator and starter motor, clutch, discs and pads, coolant expansion tank, etc. The black soft top has also been replaced and is in excellent condition. The tyres are Yokohama Advance Neova ADO8RS with lots of tread left!
