1971 TR6 CP chassis number, Hard top and soft top, knock on mini light wheels, converted to twin SU, s but I do have the old PI system if required. I bought this car from an older chap who had given up driving, he owned the car for 43 years, it is genuine mileage. In my ownership I have replaced the old wire wheels with new knock on mini lights and tyres, they have done less than 1000 miles, I also replaced Discs, pads, Calipers on the front, new flexi pipes all round, new hard lines, a new brake master cylinder, New steering column bush, new alloy radiator, the suspension has been recently rebuilt with new poly bushes, new trunion bushes, new steering rack bushes and new anti roll bar bushes, it has also had new front wheel bearings. The car has a shock absorber conversion on the rear instead of the lever arms. The engine has had a recent oil and filter change along with new plugs, it has a spin on oil filter conversion. The car has overdrive on 2nd 3rd and 4th gears. The carbs have been rebuilt and the car runs well, I have invoices for an engine refresh which include a light weight and balanced fly wheel a piper high lift cam and cylinder head work to convert to unleaded fuel. I have two sets of keys, the V5 is here in my name and I have a box folder full of invoices relating to the car. The car is based in Ferndown just outside Bournemouth here on the South coast. It drives well, gets lots of attention on the road and people are happy to talk about it when you stop for fuel etc.
