Description
1990 Saab c900 16v TurboThis is rare as it’s a 5 door, manual, 16V turbo LPT, it has cloth seats and a sunroof!I’ve had it for a few years and have been using it as a daily for the last year, it’s never broke down on me. Engine is soild, no chain rattle and doesn’t burn oil, it’s had an another gearbox in its life which is good as gearboxes are a common fault on these cars. Huge list of parts that have been replaced to the engine and suspension, this will be the best maintained c900 turbo you will find for the money!Does have areas of visual rust, this doesn’t have the plastic body kit like the 3 door turbo models which are known to hide rust under the body kit, with this you get what you seeBasic Information include: It’s MOTed till May 2027 It was just serviced in AprilIt’s got 151k miles ( barely worn in )Comes with 2 sets of keys9 pervious owners I had the front suspension refreshed a couple months ago, this included:Polybushed lower and upper arms, New track rod ends, Upper and lower ball joints, Front wheel bearings, Front brake pads, Front tyres, Outer CV boots as well as Engine, gearbox service and rear brake pads. What’s other bits that’s been done over the last few years: New discs all around, Both rear callipers, Waterpump and aux belts, Thermostat, Radiator, Brake master cylinder, New heater matrix bypass valve ( dash out job ), Dizzy cap and rotor, Rear trailing arm bushes and Shocks all around. Other fun bits include:EGR blank, MSC front engine mount upgrade, Lowering springs (still have OE springs), Stainless back box and tip, Mitsubishi eclipse intercooler, TSW Prizim 15” (comes with standard wheels too) and new speakers insideThis has had all the underneath attended to but the bodywork isn’t great, so here is the bad bits:It has a few areas of poor previous paint work around the car and bumpers with some rust coming though which is standard for these c900s. The main bits include the bonnet, front wings, all inner lower doors, passenger outer lower door and drivers rear quarter light, It does have a few dents on drivers door, couple on passenger rear quarter. Fuel gauge is a bit funny, reads 3/ 4 full when it’s full full, likely to be a sender issue but it’s never bothered me. Dash has slight cracks in it Otherwise it’s a good honest car, it’s like any new car, put fuel in it and go! It will also come with the OE springs and original wheels that came with the car when I bought it if you don’t like the current setup. It’s sad to see the car go but it’s time for someone else to enjoy itHaving the sunroof open and windows down to hear that exhaust note and turbo spool doesn’t get any better!
