952 SPORTLINEThis car was previously owned by my grandfather who had it for around 15 years. He only used it for special occasions as such it came out of the garage very rarely, some years just for the MOT. ULEZ expansion came within a few miles of his house and the favoured garage he used was within it zone so he was forced to find a new home for his beloved Mercedes.
I have had a full service carried out as well as a completely renewed engine wiring harness as they are well known for perishing. The garage also fitted new fuel pumps and a few hoses and gaskets. I've taken it on a 2000 mile trip through Europe to Germany and Switzerland and back and it was absolutely faultless not using a drop of oil or water.
Body wise it's in fantastic condition being garaged for most of its life. The roof is in good order and works as it should. Interior is in great conditon although there is a little wear on the drivers seat. Everything works. I should be able to supply the original radio if my grandfather can find it in his garage.
Mechanically it's all in good working order and runs very smoothly with no knocks or bangs. It's always been extremely reliable and starts on the button every time.
A great honest car ready to use for the summer. I'm now lacking in space due to having several other cars.
