Selling my family's 1982 Toyota Corolla DX sedan in original condition. The car has a great family history and is looking for its next owner. It was imported to Hungary in 1990. The engine is perfect—it is highly reliable and has never let me down. The underbody is rust-free, although minor surface rust is starting to appear in a few spots. The paint is mostly salvageable, but it does need some TLC. There is a deeper scratch above the front-right wheel. The paint near the fuel cap was damaged by petrol because the fuel cap previously didn't seal properly and some fuel leaked out. The left side mirror glass is cracked in half. As for the interior (as seen in the photos): the headliner has sagged and come loose, and the seat upholstery is not perfect, showing its age. An honest classic with a clear history. Since the 1990s, it belonged to my uncle, who always kept it stored in a garage. After he passed away, my aunt inherited it and she remains the registered owner. However, since she doesn't have a driver's license, the car sat untouched in the garage for nearly 10 years. In October 2025, I fully revived the car, and I have been using it as my daily driver since. I absolutely loved driving this car. There is a unique feeling that you just can't get with modern cars, knowing that you are behind the wheel of something truly special and rare. It has real character. I’m selling it with a bit of a heavy heart because, unfortunately, I don't have the skills or the time to provide the maintenance this classic truly deserves. It needs a new owner who has the passion to keep its story going...
