Je suis son premier et unique propriétaire.
Je l'ai achetée neuve en 2005 (première immatriculation en 2007) et je possède toujours :
• la facture Ducati d'origine
• le certificat de conformité
• le carnet d'entretien rouge
• toutes les clés
• les factures d'entretien
• l'historique complet.
La moto affiche 12 876 kilomètres certifiés.
Elle a principalement été utilisée lors de journées de roulage libre sur circuit, SANS participation à des compétitions.
Elle a connu quelques chutes à faible vitesse, toujours réparées avec soin.
Par souci de transparence, je précise qu'elle présente encore quelques imperfections esthétiques :
• quelques rayures sur la bulle et certains éléments du carénage ;
• quelques craquelures localisées dans la peinture du réservoir.
La moto vient d'être entièrement révisée.
Elle est équipée de silencieux Termignoni et sera remise avec sa béquille d'atelier et son chargeur Optimate.

I am the first and only owner.
Purchased new in 2005 (first registered in 2007), it comes with its complete original documentation:
• Original Ducati purchase invoice
• Certificate of Conformity
• Original red service book
• Complete set of keys
• Maintenance invoices
• Full ownership history
The motorcycle has covered only 12, 876 genuine km.
It has mainly been used during non-competitive track days.
Like many motorcycles that have seen occasional track use, it has experienced a few low-speed falls without structural damage.
Repairs were always carried out carefully by Ducati
In the interest of complete honesty, I wish to point out that the motorcycle still shows a few cosmetic imperfections:
• scratches on parts of the fairing and windscreen;
• localised paint cracking on the fuel tank.
These are clearly visible in the photographs and are intentionally disclosed.
The motorcycle has just received a full service.
It is fitted with Termignoni exhausts and will be supplied with:
• Front paddock stand;
• Optimate battery charger. La moto n'est plus immatriculée depuis plusieurs années. Le certificat de conformité ainsi que l'ensemble des documents administratifs seront naturellement remis à l'acquéreur afin de permettre une nouvelle immatriculation s'il le souhaite.
Pourquoi la vendre ?
Je suis toujours motard avec le même enthousiasme et je roule désormais principalement sur une BMW R 1300 GS, qui m'offre un plaisir différent : celui des longues balades et des voyages.
La Paul Smart appartient à une autre période de ma vie.
Je ne m'en sépare ni par lassitude, ni par déception. Simplement parce qu'il y a un temps pour tout.
J'aimerais aujourd'hui la transmettre à un passionné qui saura l'apprécier pour ce qu'elle est : une moto authentique, avec son histoire, son caractère et sa personnalité.
Compte tenu du caractère de collection de cette Ducati Paul Smart 1000 Limited Edition, je privilégie exclusivement une remise en main propre à mon domicile, en Belgique. Ce sera également l'occasion de remettre au futur propriétaire l'ensemble de son historique, ses documents d'origine et tous les accessoires qui l'accompagnent.

The motorcycle has not been registered for several years.
The Certificate of Conformity and all original administrative documents will be supplied to enable registration by the new owner if desired.
The original Ducati purchase invoice and the complete ownership file will naturally be handed over to the new owner.
Why am I selling it?
A fair question.
I am still a passionate motorcyclist.
These days I mainly ride a BMW R 1300 GS, which gives me a different kind of enjoyment: long journeys, relaxed riding, comfort and the confidence that naturally comes with experience.
The Paul Smart belongs to another chapter of my motorcycling life.
A chapter filled with passion, character, mechanical emotion and unforgettable track days.
I am not selling it because I no longer enjoy it.
Simply because there is a time for everything.
I would now like this Ducati to find another enthusiast who will appreciate it for what it truly is: an authentic motorcycle with its own history, character and personality.
Given the collectible nature of this Ducati Paul Smart 1000 Limited Edition, I prefer personal collection only at my home in Belgium. It will also be an opportunity to hand over the motorcycle together with its complete history, original documentation and accompanying accessories.
