It depends on the chosen powertrain – petrol or electric – engine capacity and power, gearbox, equipment, finish, accessories and the number of cars ordered.
FIAT 500 JOLLY – BESPOKE PETROL AND ELECTRIC CARS
Fiat Linea Fresca is a family-run company whose history dates back to 1978. The business was founded by the current owner’s father and is now run and developed by the second generation. For more than 12 years, we have specialised in restoring classic Fiats and building Jolly recreations, primarily based on the Fiat 500, but also on other historic Fiat models.
BUILT TO INDIVIDUAL ORDER
Every car is built from the ground up in our workshop to the future owner’s specification. We do not mass-produce our cars – every Jolly is a unique project.
Customers can choose the body colour, interior trim, fabric roof material and colour, wheels and rims, the classic 499 cc engine, a more powerful 650 cc engine or a fully electric powertrain. Individual accessories are also available, including a rear luggage rack with a wicker basket.
We also build extended six-seater Fiat 500 Jolly models. Our handcrafted wicker seats are a distinctive feature of every car. The robust bumpers and roof structure are made from stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance and an attractive finish.
A PRACTICALLY NEW CAR
Every Jolly is based on an original classic Fiat, but the extensive scope of our work means that the completed vehicle is practically new.
The car is completely dismantled and the body is stripped to bare metal. It then undergoes a full body restoration, professional paint preparation and comprehensive corrosion protection. We use epoxy primer and carefully protect the underbody and internal body sections.
Each car receives completely new suspension, brakes, electrical wiring, wheels, tyres and finishing components. The engine and drivetrain are comprehensively rebuilt. The car is completed with a bespoke interior, handcrafted wicker seats and stainless-steel components. After assembly, every vehicle undergoes adjustment, testing and road trials.
Most of the work is carried out in our own workshop, allowing us to control the entire process from dismantling the donor car to handing over the completed vehicle.
QUALITY WITHOUT COMPROMISE
We do not take shortcuts or build cars simply to look good in photographs. Every component must fit correctly, be securely installed and finished to a high standard. We pay particular attention to bodywork and corrosion protection, building every car for many years of reliable use. We are confident that we offer some of the finest Fiat Jolly recreations on the market.
MORE THAN 120 CARS WORLDWIDE
To date, we have built and restored more than 120 classic Fiats. Our cars can be found in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Greece and the Maldives.
For many years, most were sold through international partners and dealers. We are now beginning direct sales under the Fiat Linea Fresca brand, allowing customers to order directly from the manufacturer, choose their specification and remain in contact with us throughout the build.
UNIQUE PROJECTS
In addition to Fiat 500 Jolly models, we have created bespoke Jolly versions based on the 1960s Fiat 600, the 1960 Fiat 600 Multipla and the 1950s Fiat 500 C Belvedere. We are open to other unique projects based on classic Fiat models.
