1970 Alfa Romeo Giulia Super Rally Car, prepared and rallied by a well-known enthusiast and Life Member of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club Australia.
Completed many rallies including:
• 1993 London to Sydney Marathon –
11th place from 106 entries
• 1993 and 1994 Papua New Guinea Safari Rally –
1st place both times

• 2000 London to Sydney marathon –

Built to FIA long distance rally regulations with CAMS log book, the vehicle has been extensively strengthened and seam welded. The car is powered by a 2 litre 105 series engine, 4. 56 LSD rear axle, custom brake hydraulics, MCA shocks built specifically for this car and serviced after the current owners completed Peking to Paris , uprated suspension, custom long distance fuel tank, and CAMS/ FIA compliant roll cage. Top of range Stilo DG-10 Intercom with headphones and 2 x Stilo helmets with audio internals. New Billet steering box. 5 point harnesses Monit with speed warning light, & Terratrip, Digital clock and timer. Extensive underbody protection. Larger radiator and dual electric fans. Plumbed in foam extinguisher and 2 x hand helds. Dash Cam, TPMS, 14 wheels, 6 new Geolander tyres, new windscreen. Engine and gearbox just rebuilt by Alfa experts with only a few km’s. 2 sets of springs, tarmac and also a set for gravel

This is probably the most rallied Alfa of its era and is a delight to drive.
