Peugeot 206 GTi Grand Tourisme 1999 V reg WRC Homologation limited edition
Number 1278 out of only 4000 world wide cars.
Only 600 were right hand drive and only 588 came to the UK
Only 119 listed left of which 107 sorn or 12 taxed.
Shows 87749miles on the clock and if you looked at the car and drove it you would believe thats all it has done.
It had the Speedo fail at 128078miles and a second had speedo showing 87199 miles was fitted.
This is all shown and backed up with MOT history. Total miles covered is 128628miles
Its been off the road for a few years. Its done 550 miles only since 2012.
It has now been fully recommissioned and ready to use.
Rebuilt rear beam.
Cambelt and a full service has been done.
All wheels are mint as have been refurbished. All 4 tyres are new Michelin Pilot Sport 3.
MOT 08/ 04/ 2027 with no advisories.
The car is completely standard and original in every way. It has not been messed with at all.
Its had a stainless steel rear exhaust box made but this is an exact copy of the original.
No rust like many of these have.

Those that dont know the story of the Grand Tourisme. It was that Peugeot wanted to join the world rally championship (WRC) in 1999. The rules then stated that all cars had to be 4 meters long.
The 206 wasnt quite 4 meters long. So Peugeot made this car and had to do a minimum of 4000 to be allowed to enter WRC.
The simple answer Peugeot did was to extend the bumpers front and rear.
All 206 Grand Tourisme have WRC stamped on the chassis plate to confirm they are genuine.
Cheap usable classic that you could happily drive everyday . And its only going to increase in value.
This car wants for nothing, it needs nothing doing, its ready to use straight away.
