2001 BMW E39 530i Touring M Sport Manual
I have had this car since April 2025 and like most people, had planned to keep it longer than this but a house refurb and use of another family car forces sale of my e39 :(
It has black leather sport seats with brushed silver trim, Front and rear parking sensors, electric windows front and rear and ac - but needs regassing (ice cold last time I used it).
Originally it was a 525i M Sport Auto but the engine/ transmission was swapped by the previous owner - Sorek (Lord_sorek on insta) after their current 530i manual was too rusty and beyond saving. Engine and gearbox was on around 95k when swapped in 2024.
Tastefully modded with lightened flywheel, Schiedmann stainless steel headers with decat, front technik adjustable coilovers and rear adjusters to keep self levelling suspension working.
I have added a Magnaflow SS exhaust muffler, a tunable j pipe for sound adjustability and a SS resonator to manage the noise levels to a daily driver level. I have also added a new Eonon DAB+ 7" touchscreen head unit with Eonon digital amplifier, 545i short shifter with new bushings and a weighted gearknob. I have replaced the headlight adjusters in both headlights as these had begin to fail and were picked up in one of the recent mots. Also, I replaced the battery the other week.
It is not a perfect collectors example but a very good useable classic - there is slight bubbling on both rear arches, stone chips on the bonnet, crack in the lower front bumper, the headlight lenses need a refurb (due to the recent heat waves) and rear wiper has stopped working.
