BMW 5 Series E39 530i M Pack OEM with manual transmission
A car for enthusiasts, by enthusiasts!
I am the second owner (since January 2019), first registered in January 2002.
Selling to fund another project.
A very rare model in this fully original configuration: 530i M Pack with manual gearbox.
Ethanol / 98 RON unleaded dual-fuel setup.
A genuine little M5 with greater reliability and much lower running costs!
Serviced with a full service book and invoices, and in very good condition (always stored under cover), non-smoker.
Excellent factory equipment/ options (electric and heated seats, rear sunshade, Hifi S676A, electrically folding mirrors, sunroof, etc.).
Two keys available + valet key.
MOT valid until April 2025 (apart from headlight beam adjusters and front suspension arms which have been replaced); the MOT will be renewed for sale.
The clutch is original and will be replaced before sale.
195, 500 km, with little mileage added
Improvements carried out:
- OEM M5 wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres (front new / rear approx. 6, 000 km).
- Stainless steel manifold and 400-cell catalytic converters (Euro 3), Schmiedmann stainless exhaust and Eisenmann stainless rear silencer (original rear silencer available); the sound is magnificent.
- Racing Dynamics direct intake (original air box available).
- Ethanol-performance remap giving much more flexibility and fills between €50–€60 (70 litre tank).
- Android head unit closely resembling the original aesthetically (original Business CD radio available – 6-CD changer in the boot).
Main maintenance (mostly OEM parts):
- At purchase 156k km – spark plugs, boot struts, front brakes (discs, pads, lines, brake fluid), front and rear bearings, engine oil, gearbox and differential oil.
- June 2019 – 162k km – valve cover gasket (BMW), headlights and fog lights (Hella) for aesthetics.
- August 2019 – 165k km – engine oil change + fuel filter, water pump, thermostat, idlers and belts, camshaft sensor.
- January 2021 – 178k km – green windscreen strip (BMW), windscreen surround, wiper arms and windscreen pillars, grille inserts.
- May 2022 – 186k km – engine mounts, gearbox mount bushings, front arms, engine oil, gearbox and diff oil.
- November 2022 – 189k km – NGK spark plugs.
- February 2025 – 194k km – engine oil change, intake hoses.
