This 1996 Peugeot 106 Roland Garros 1. 4 is showing approximately 103, 000 miles and was purchased by me privately.
The car is currently MOT’d until March 2027 and has not required any further work since its most recent MOT. It is running and driving and has been used regularly during my ownership.
Given the age of the car, it does have some cosmetic imperfections and age-related marks. Most notably, there is damage/ a crack to the front bumper, which I have shown clearly in the photographs. The car is being sold as an honest, usable example rather than a fully restored or concours car.
It retains its distinctive Roland Garros specification, including the green exterior and original-style interior. I’m happy to answer any questions and provide prospective buyers with any paperwork and history I have for the car.
I’ve really enjoyed owning the car, particularly because it’s not something you see very often anymore. The Roland Garros was a special edition of the 106 and surviving examples are becoming increasingly hard to come across, especially ones that still retain their distinctive original features.
The Roland Garros green paintwork and original interior are what really make the car for me and give it a lot more character than a standard 106. At 30 years old, even seeing a 106 on the road is becoming unusual, let alone a Roland Garros.
It’s a really fun, lightweight little car to drive and gets a surprising amount of attention for what it is. I’m only selling because I’m at university and can’t really justify keeping it anymore. I’d love for it to go to someone who appreciates what it is and can keep it going.
