Z650 café racer. Built with all the right pieces. Everything either new or rebuilt, including the engine. Unique and immaculate.
Selected for the prestigious Bike Shed Show 2023.
Long tank, seat hump, clip ons, rear sets, etc, etc. New exhausts, completely rewired, rear frame loop modified by ex Harris fabricator, and so on and on. There’s a huge file of receipts from the build. I hate to think what it cost to create it.
The signwritten numberplate is a nice touch.
With triple discs, it stops as well as it goes, and it does ride beautifully. Completely sorted, and ready for a few more miles than I’ve ever put on it. I have no idea of the total mileage, but it is hardly run in from the rebuild. Deserves to do more than collect dust at the back of my garage.
