From front to rear of the bike:
• Restored brake discs
• Restored brake calipers, new seals
• New brake hoses
• New master cylinder
• Front wheel re-painted and lacquered
• New front tyre and inner tube
• Original front mudguard
• Fork bottoms polished, new fork tubes (Kawasaki) and new fork seals (spy seals), new fork oil
• Original headlight brackets
• New H4 headlight
• Front indicators and new indicator stems
• New chrome fasteners/ hardware
• New cable guides
• Speedometer and tachometer restored to new by Seven Parts
• Restored left and right switch housings (controls)
• New throttle cables and new speedometer cables
• Frame, swingarm, battery tray, triple tree yokes, centre and side stands, headlight bowl, rear light bracket, speedo mount and covers, rider footrests supports, engine mounts, underside of seat, black powder-coated
• New wiring looms
• New electronic ignition
• New coils, spark plugs and suppressors (cap suppressors)
• New battery
• Engine removed and checked. Engine covers painted with high-temperature paint
• Cylinder boring and new pistons + new rings +0. 50 oversize
• Polished valves and new valve stem seals
• Timing: new timing chain, recent silent blocks/ bushes
• New clutch springs
• All new top and bottom engine gaskets/ seals
• Starter freewheel replaced with one from a Z750 ZR7
• Clutch covers and gearbox output covers, alternator and igniter covers (original) polished and re-painted (black areas)
• Original airbox and new air filter
• Carburettor rack cleaned ultrasonically; worn parts replaced
• Carburettor synchronisation carried out.
• New gearbox output sprocket, new DID 530 chain and new rear sprocket
• Seat restored with a new cover
• New chain cover
• Restored rear footrests
• New shock absorbers
• Rear wheel re-painted and lacquered
• New rear tyre and inner tube
• Restored rear brake caliper: new seals, 1 new piston
• Brand-new complete exhausts from Busso (Italy)
• All original fasteners were re-zinked (zinc restored/ coated)
• New Team Z 650 paint job on the whole bike with original red-and-black candy colour; tank interior resin-coated
