From the front to the back of the motorcycle:
• Brake discs restored
• Brake calipers restored, seals new
• Hoses new
• Brake master cylinder new
• Front wheel repainted and varnished
• Front tyre and inner tube new
• Original front fender
• Fork lowers polished, fork tubes new (Kawasaki) and new oil seals, fresh fork oil
• Original headlight mounts
• New H4 headlight
• Front indicators and indicator stalks new
• New chrome fasteners
• New cable guides
• Speedometer and rev counter restored to new by Seven Parts Ltd
• Right and left gauges restored
• Throttle cables and instrument cables new
• Frame, swingarm, battery tray, fork yokes, centre and side stand, headlight bowl, rear light support, instrument housing and covers, rider footrests, engine mounts, under seat area, thermolacquered black
• New wiring harnesses
• New electronic ignition
• New coils, spark plugs and suppressors
• Battery new
• Engine dismantled and inspected. Casings painted with high-temperature paint
• Cylinder bore honed and pistons + rings new size +0. 50
• Valves polished and valve stem seals new
• Timing: timing chain new, engine mounts recent
• New clutch springs
• All top and bottom engine gaskets new
• Starter motor freewheel replaced by one from Z750 ZR7
• Clutch and gearbox casings, alternator and ignition covers original polished and repainted (black areas)
• Original air box and new air filter
• Carburettor ramp cleaned ultrasonically, wear parts replaced
• Carburettor synchronisation completed
• Output sprocket new, DID 530 chain and new sprockets
• Seat restored with new cover
• Chain guard new
• Rear footrests restored
• New shock absorbers
• Rear wheel repainted and varnished
• Rear tyre and inner tube new
• Front brake caliper restored: new seals, 1 new piston
• New complete Busso exhaust system (Italy)
• All original fasteners re-zinced
• Complete paint by Team Z 650 new with original red and candy black colour, resin-coated inner tank
