This car was rescued and restored (using original parts where available) by my Dad who owned it for most of its life. He successfully attended classic car rallies and shows around the south west of England with it. It is currently in my garage on SORN with an MOT until 28/ 6/ 27).
It is in great condition - not mint but very tidy car with much work that has been done to keep it looking good and functioning well.
There is full service and maintenance history with all receipts and written record of work carried out over the years.
The car was a Cat 3 write off early in its life but was bought and restored by my Dad and he enjoyed owning and running it for many years.
This version of the Volvo 480 is the Celebration model (special build of 480 cars at the end of the production run). This car is number 247 with badges proudly displaying this on the boot and in the passenger area.
The paintwork is excellent and all electrical items (e. g. pop-up headlamps, dashboard computer etc) are functional.
