Fully professionally restored using many new old stock items and original components. Purchased as a complete ex Toronto Police escort bike in the early 1970's. Complete mechanical rebuild with hardened valve seats. Every bearing and seal renewed on the entire machine. Perfect heads never damaged from new with perfect exhaust flanges and never any damaged fins etc. All new chains and sprockets, stainless spokes from Buchanans Los Angeles , bead blasted to approximate the cadmium look. Matching belly numbers. New old stock oil lines. Large police oil tank. Powder coated original perfect Kelsey Hayes ( original USA ) rims. High temperature powder coated muffler and rare original Harley header pipe covers. Original footboards with riveted pads. Original Harley saddle. All fasteners and brackets have been "parkerized" as original so no rust is possible. NEW OLD STOCK luggage rack . Fork is rebuilt and New Old Stock slider covers and shock covers etc were employed. Rare original Harley Panhead tachometer kit. Converted to 12 volt electrics with Cycle Electric new generator and regulator , dual points and dual coils . NEW OLD STOCK luggage carrier and rare accessory centre stand. Beautiful original style reproduction panniers made in Pennsylvania and no longer available. These have subtle improvements being twice as thick as the originals. 1963 was the last year for these "bubble" bags and the first year for the fibreglass . I prefer the look of the former with the mid 1950's logos which is why they are on the bike. They are quick detachable if you disagree! Rare spotlights and crossbar both New Old Stock. All logos and trim are New Old Stock. Extra bumpers and trim all perfect originals also included with the bike. Bike was restored 4 years ago and is in storage still with internal "assembly lube" and has not been started. A good selection of spares go with the bike. Will fire it up and make a video if the buyer wishes. I have shipped many bikes around the world and know the drill. I like to do the crating myself to make sure it is perfect. Canadian Ontario registration in my name. I built this bike for myself but with 16 other machines and advancing age have reluctantly decided to let it go.
