Classic 1978 yamaha xs 750SE special for sale
Just rode it today some miles.
Running classic project, insured etc main work I have had done at a work shop, tank was overhauled, carbs kit and sonic clean which was bit expensive. new rear tyre, only a some Sunday rides done on it, head light eclectics new.
starts on choke even if sitting a few months, after a ride starts as normal.
Plenty left to do like repaint the tank but the hard workshop parts are done. rust in some parts of exhaust but could be repaired.
Been a long running project, I got the bike and registered it some years ago.
This Tax & MOT exempt 1979-78 Yamaha XS750SE Special has been imported from North America, engine, shaft drive and frame in good condition from this.
Rides but I would not use on motorway until more work done.
Could maybe trade it for adventure bike or bmw r65 etc.
Cool classic bike, shaft drive and no tax and I got it free on my insurance for my daily rider.
