Ford Fiesta Finesse edition with the 1. 3 Endura E engine.
1999, five Door, silver, manual with a genuine twenty eight thousand miles from new. The car is in regular use, so mileage will rise.
The car's had three previous keepers, the previous owner purchased in 2003 but sadly passed away in 2012 and the car was left untouched in the garage until it was discovered in the early part of this year.
Thankfully the garage was water tight with air flow, so has made the car a true survivor.
Upon moving the fiesta from its resting place after fourteen years and getting it home, a full recommission commenced.
It only actually needed a new battery and fuel pump to start and engine as expected was running well with the mileage and had been well serviced prior to being stored.
List of recommission is as follows;
Fuel tank
Fuel pump.
New Battary
Four new tyres.
Four new flexi brake hoses.
Wipers.
First piece of welding to N/ S/ R sill and a MOT.
Once a MOT was passed, was straight into use, heading to some car shows in the nice weather, though as to be expected with a car standing fourteen years, other issues would arise and after 250 miles the clutch slave cylinder was leaking due to seals perishing with age.
So this meant a new clutch with slave cylinder and since then, has been faultless.
If you look at past MOT'S I've covered more miles in two months then it did in the last eight years with the previous owner and continues to be fun car to drive whilst attracting attention becoming a daily usable retro driving experience as with the exception of power steering and a airbag, everything else is basic and manual, making it a lovely easy car to drive with less to go wrong.
The interior is pretty much spotless, I dare say rear seats had had very little to no use. I gave it a wet vac and added a new pollen filter and made such a difference, pollen filter I think was the original !
With age, the drivers seat has a small tear to the edge vinyl from getting in and out and also a few small trim pieces are missing.
The bodywork of the car is in good condition for its age. It does however has marks and scratches consistent with a twenty seven year old car.
I've shown the worse points in the photo's. If you know these cars, the arches normally rot, it does has some surface rust but nothing that couldn't be sorted.
Just drove 250 miles to classic RUSTIVAL car show this month in a day and preformed incredibly . Happy to drive the car anywhere.

Service history - First, second and third service's was a local garage to Harrogate.
Services 4 and 5 were done with Benfield Ford in Harrogate, which are all stamped in the book.
Two other services in 2005 and 2007 were not stamped but have been documented with a receipt from same garage Benfield in Harrogate.
Previous MOT'S from 2005 - 2009 then the most recent in June this year.
Original tax discs from 2003 until it came off the road in 2012.
