Description
Two Mokes is one Moke too many!
So I’m selling one…
This 1968 example, finished in Duck Egg Blue, certainly stands out. A huge amount of work has gone into getting her to this condition. The 1275 engine benefits from new gaskets and is very torquey. Plenty of new parts were used in the overhaul, which has included a desirable disc brake conversion, a proper towing set-up, new Cosmic wheels and new tyres. Seats have been improved; there are extra gauges and a heater that actually works (!). The gear shift has been modified so that the typical Mini vagueness has gone; and there’s a a battery cut-off fitted. You could eat your lunch out of the engine bay if you so wished - that’s how clean it is. The hood is in excellent order (but is without side panels).
In summary, this Moke has it all - and goes like stink. I really should keep her and sell my Aussie example, but…
