For sale here is my 1972 Triumph Spitfire 1300

The car was last on the road in 2011 and has been stored since so I’m now selling it as a project.
The registration plate FWD 800K is included with the car and was recently valued at £1950 by Absolute Registrations. The V5 is present, in my name and registered to the address where you’ll come to view the car.
The engine runs and the car moves around under its own power but the brake pedal is solid (possibly master cylinder?) so currently there are no brakes. It will therefore need to be trailered to its new home and does roll easily for loading.
Comes with a soft top (albeit the cover is in poor condition) and also a fibreglass hardtop.
The body has rust in some of the usual Spitfire places, but the sills and front floors have already been replaced and the bonnet and front quarter valances are fibreglass.
It’s a very complete car, with all the right bits and a lot of the hard work done so it will make a great winter project for someone. It is of course now MOT exempt and also eligible for free road tax.
