Description
Triumph Spitfire 1. 5 from 1977, restored, registered with ASI Carrozzeria and interior, had been completely restored by the former owner in an excellent manner. Regarding the mechanical side, we carried out a complete rebuild of the engine (still run-in) including: pistons, valves and valve guides, tappets, camshaft, bronze bearings, cylinder regrinding and crankshaft regrinding, chain, chain tensioner, gasket kit, water hoses. The brake hoses and rear wheel cylinders were replaced with a refresh of the front brake calipers. Additionally the car features a double-carburettor kit (just rebuilt), electronic ignition, manifolds with a sporty exhaust with a central dual outlet, sport KONI shock absorbers, a Motolita steering wheel and hub, and new tyres. Completes with 2 tonneau covers, one full (with the possibility of a single-seater) and one to cover only the soft top, together with which the matching colour hardtop is included; the original carburettors with intake and exhaust manifolds plus other original parts; there are photographs of the engine work carried out and a list of new spare parts purchased.
